1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Made4Funded website and simulated trading evaluation Services. By registering for an account or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Nature of the Services

Made4Funded provides access to a simulated trading environment for the purpose of evaluating trading skill. No client funds are traded on live financial markets through our evaluation accounts. References to “capital,” “funded accounts,” and “balances” refer to simulated figures used to track performance, unless otherwise explicitly stated. Evaluation and funded accounts are provided on the MetaTrader 5 (MT5) and MetaTrader 4 (MT4) trading platforms, which are operated by third-party providers and are also subject to their own terms.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use our Services. You represent that your use of the Services complies with the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.

4. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Evaluation Program Structure

Depending on the challenge type you select, our evaluation program consists of one or more phases:

• Phase 1: Demonstrate trading performance against defined profit targets and risk limits within a simulated account.
• Phase 2 (Verification): Where applicable to your challenge type, a second evaluation phase confirming consistent performance under the same rules.

Upon successful completion of all required phases, eligible participants may be offered a simulated funded account and may become eligible to receive a share of simulated profits, subject to our Rules and this Agreement. Specific targets, timeframes, and risk parameters for each plan are published on our Pricing and Trading Rules pages and may vary by plan type. Once your account is issued, we will provide MT5 or MT4 login credentials, and you are responsible for downloading and installing the trading platform.

6. Trading Rules

You agree to comply with all trading rules published for your selected evaluation plan, including but not limited to:

• Maximum daily loss and maximum overall drawdown limits (where applicable to the plan)
• Minimum trading day requirements
• Prohibited trading strategies (e.g., latency arbitrage, use of exploits, coordinated trading across multiple accounts, copy-trading between accounts to circumvent risk rules)
• Any consistency or risk-management rules specific to your plan

Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of your evaluation account, forfeiture of progress, and forfeiture of any pending rewards, at our discretion.

7. Fees

• Evaluation fees are set out on our Pricing page at the time of purchase and are due in full prior to account activation.
• Fees are payable in cryptocurrency (currently USDT, BTC, or USDC, or as otherwise shown at checkout). You are responsible for selecting the correct asset and blockchain network and for any network or transaction fees.
• Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible. We are not responsible for funds you send to an incorrect address, on an unsupported network, or in an incorrect amount.
• Fees are subject to change; changes will not affect an evaluation you have already purchased.

8. Reward Certificates and Payouts

• Simulated profits generated on a funded account may make you eligible for a reward payout, calculated according to the profit-split terms of your plan (up to 80% of eligible simulated profits, depending on the plan).
• Reward eligibility is contingent on continued compliance with these Terms and the applicable trading rules.
• We reserve the right to review trading activity before approving any payout, and to withhold payout where a violation of these Terms is identified.
• Payouts are made in cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, or USDC) after you have completed identity (KYC) verification, and timing and methods are described on our Pricing and Trading Rules pages and may be updated from time to time.
• You are responsible for providing a correct wallet address and network. Payouts sent to the address you provide cannot be reversed or recovered.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Provide false information during registration or verification
• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud
• Attempt to manipulate, exploit, or reverse-engineer our simulated trading environment
• Share, sell, or transfer your account to another person
• Use automated systems to circumvent risk rules where not explicitly permitted by your plan

10. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by or licensed to Made4Funded and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without prior written permission.

11. Risk Acknowledgment

Trading, whether simulated or live, involves risk. See our Risk Disclosure for further details. Nothing in these Terms constitutes financial advice.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Made4Funded shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, even in a simulated environment.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or violation of trading rules. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
