Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy

1. Purpose

Made4Funded is committed to preventing the use of its platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illicit financial activity. This policy outlines the measures we apply, even though our core Services are a simulated (non-live) trading evaluation product. Because we accept payments and issue payouts in cryptocurrency, we apply additional controls to wallet addresses and blockchain transactions.

2. Scope

This policy applies to all users who register for an account, purchase an evaluation, or receive a reward payout through Made4Funded.

3. Customer Due Diligence (CDD)

Before releasing any reward payout, and at our discretion at other points in the relationship, we may require you to provide:

• Government-issued photo identification
• Proof of address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement) dated within the last [3] months
• Confirmation of the wallet address(es) and cryptocurrency used to pay for your account, and, where requested, proof that the wallet is held in your name
• Additional information or documentation as reasonably requested

We reserve the right to refuse service, delay processing, or terminate an account where requested verification is not provided.

4. Enhanced Due Diligence

We may apply enhanced due diligence to:

• Users from jurisdictions identified as high-risk by relevant international bodies (e.g., FATF)
• Politically exposed persons (PEPs)
• Transactions or account activity that appears unusual, inconsistent, or high-risk

5. Source of Funds

Payments made to us must originate from a wallet or account held in your own name. We do not accept payments from third parties on your behalf. We may screen wallet addresses and transactions using blockchain analytics tools. Reward payouts will only be made in cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, or USDC) to a wallet address that matches your verified identity.

6. Monitoring and Reporting

We monitor account activity for patterns that may indicate money laundering, fraud, or other illicit conduct, including:

• Structuring of payments to avoid verification thresholds
• Rapid account creation and closure patterns
• Use of multiple accounts to circumvent trading or payout rules
• Wallet addresses or payment methods inconsistent with the account holder’s identity
• Use of mixers, tumblers, or wallets linked to sanctioned, illicit, or high-risk sources
• Payments from or to wallet addresses flagged by blockchain analytics providers

Where we identify suspicious activity, we may suspend the account, withhold payouts, and, where legally required, report the activity to the relevant authorities.

7. Record Keeping

We retain identification, verification, and transaction records (including wallet addresses and transaction hashes) for a minimum of [5] years, or longer where required by applicable law, to support regulatory and law enforcement requests.

8. Prohibited Use

You may not use Made4Funded to:

• Launder proceeds of criminal activity
• Finance terrorism or other illegal activity
• Evade sanctions, tax obligations, or other legal requirements

9. Cooperation with Authorities

We cooperate with regulators, law enforcement, and other authorities as required by applicable law, including responding to lawful requests for information.

10. Policy Review

This AML Policy is reviewed periodically and updated to reflect changes in applicable law, regulatory guidance, and our business operations.
