Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Refund Policy explains when and how evaluation fees paid to Made4Funded may be refunded. It should be read together with our Terms & Conditions.

2. General Rule

Evaluation fees are non-refundable once an evaluation account has been activated and trading access has been granted, except as described below.

3. Refund via Profit Payout

If you successfully complete both evaluation phases and receive a simulated funded account, your original evaluation fee may be refunded to you alongside your first eligible payout, provided:

• You have met all applicable trading rules and consistency requirements, and
• Your first payout request is approved.

This benefit is a one-time refund per successful evaluation and does not apply to subsequent re-purchases of an evaluation.

4. Pre-Activation Cancellation

If you request cancellation before your evaluation account has been activated (i.e., before trading access or login credentials are issued), you may be eligible for a full refund, minus any payment processing and blockchain network fees already incurred. Requests must be submitted to support@made4funded.com within [X] hours of purchase.

5. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Fees will not be refunded where:

• The evaluation account has already been activated and used to place trades
• The account was suspended or terminated for breach of the Trading Rules or Terms & Conditions
• The evaluation period has expired without the participant meeting the requirements
• The request is submitted after the applicable cancellation window has closed
• The payment was sent using an unsupported cryptocurrency or blockchain network (we will make reasonable efforts to assist but cannot guarantee recovery)

6. Add-Ons and Upgrades

Fees paid for optional add-ons (e.g., additional resets, upgraded risk parameters) are non-refundable once applied to an account.

7. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact support@made4funded.com with your account details and order reference. Approved refunds will be paid in the same cryptocurrency to the wallet address from which the original payment was made, less network fees, within [X] business days. Refunds cannot be sent to a different wallet address or to a third party.

8. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting our support team may result in immediate suspension of your account pending investigation. Because payments are made in cryptocurrency and blockchain transactions are irreversible, refunds are available only as described in this policy.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may revise this Refund Policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to that transaction, unless a later version is more favorable and we choose to apply it retroactively.
