2. Simulated Environment

Made4Funded’s evaluation and funded-account programs operate on a simulated trading platform. No real orders are routed to live financial markets through evaluation or funded accounts, and no real client capital is deposited or traded on your behalf, unless we explicitly state otherwise for a specific product. Evaluation and funded accounts are accessed through the MetaTrader 5 (MT5) and MetaTrader 4 (MT4) platforms.

3. No Guarantee of Success or Payout

• Passing an evaluation is not guaranteed and depends on your trading skill, market conditions replicated in the simulation, and strict adherence to the applicable trading rules.
• Simulated profits do not represent actual trading returns and should not be relied upon as an indicator of future performance in live markets.
• Reward payouts are discretionary and contingent on full compliance with our Terms & Conditions and Trading Rules; approval is not automatic.

4. Not Financial Advice

Nothing provided by Made4Funded — including educational content, market commentary, or platform tools — constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions, whether within our simulated environment or in any live account you may separately hold elsewhere.

5. General Trading Risks

Even in a simulated context, trading concepts carry inherent uncertainty. If you separately engage in live trading of foreign exchange, CFDs, or other leveraged products elsewhere, be aware that:

• Leverage can amplify both gains and losses
• Past performance is not indicative of future results
• You can lose more than your initial investment in certain leveraged products
• Market conditions can change rapidly and unpredictably

6. No Client Fund Custody (Evaluation Accounts)

Fees paid for evaluation programs are payment for access to our simulated evaluation service, not a deposit of trading capital. Made4Funded does not act as a broker, custodian, or asset manager with respect to evaluation account fees.

7. Cryptocurrency Payment Risks

Payments to and from Made4Funded are made in cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, or USDC). Please be aware that:

• The value of cryptocurrencies such as BTC can be highly volatile, so the value of a payout may change between approval and the time you convert it
• Stablecoins such as USDT and USDC may lose their peg to the underlying currency or be affected by issuer or regulatory action
• Blockchain transactions are irreversible; funds sent to an incorrect address or on the wrong network usually cannot be recovered
• You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet, private keys, and seed phrases
• Network congestion can delay transactions or increase network fees
• Cryptocurrency regulation and tax treatment vary by jurisdiction, and you are responsible for your own tax and reporting obligations

8. Platform and Technology Risk

Trading platforms, including MT5 and MT4, and related data feeds may be operated by third parties and may be subject to downtime, latency, data feed interruptions, or software errors. While we take reasonable steps to maintain platform reliability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Regulatory Status
